Hello

Carmen was born in Los Angeles, California. At the age of 10 she moved to Mexico where she would spend the next 6 years living in a convent of nuns. She took many lessons from that period and still applies it to her life today

At 16 she returned to the United States to finish High School and go to college where she studied Business Administration. Carmen then went on to start a family and eventually found herself in Hood River in hopes to give her 3 children a better quality of life.
 

Here she worked at Glenn Taylor Windermere Real Estate for 9 years. Carmen had always envisioned herself owning her own business, so she watched and learned from top producing agents in her brokerage before venturing off to make her dreams into a reality. In 2004 she opened up CZ Realty. Since then, Carmen's team has grown and they have been able to help many families fulfill their dreams of owning their own home.
